External training

As part of RJM's ongoing commitment to providing the most appropriate emissions reduction solutions and optimum operating procedures, it offers a wide range of training options to plant operators at customer sites where new RJM technologies and products have been installed. These training modules are tailor-made to suit the needs of each specific audience and can be delivered in a number of different languages.

At SSE Ferrybridge for example, where new Ultra-Low NOx burners had been installed and modifications made to plant operating procedures, RJM instituted a training programme for plant operators to ensure that they could maintain emissions levels within the agreed parameters, no matter what fuel they were burning. 

RJM is also committed to internal training to enable its own people to operate to the highest professional standards across every area of business activity. At the operational level, this means meeting or exceeding all national and international legislation governing our industry, whether related to Health & Safety or other proscribed activities.

All RJM personnel, whether head office staff or those working at customer sites, have full, appropriate, industry-body approved accreditations and undergo Continuous Professional Dvelopment CPD), to ensure that their qualifications and certifications are kept up to date.

New entrants to RJM are automatically entered into the company's professional development training scheme to ensure that the company's high standards are maintained.

RJM adheres to systems that comply with ISO 9001, a Quality Management System, which monitors and quantifies management responsibility, resource management and product realisation.
